As you may have noticed on our online calendar, we have secured a booking at The Rock from July 18 to August 31.

It means that the villa remains available during the first weeks of July and from September onwards.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you receive any client enquiries looking for last minute deals on July weeks. Serious offers will be considered.

You will find below our Public Rates (including your commission) for the remaining periods currently available:

• July 1-15 = 120,000 euros

• July 4-11 = 60,000 euros
• July 11-18 = 60,000 euros

• September 1-31 = 120,000 euros
• September 1-15 = 70,000 euros
• September 16-30 = 50,000 euros

• September 5-12 = 40,000 euros
• September 12-19 = 30,000 euros
• September 19-26 = 30,000 euros
• September 26 - October 3 = 30,000 euros

• October 1-31 = 90,000 euros

• October 1-15 = 50,000 euros
• October 16-31 = 50,000 euros

• Any October week = 30,000 euros
