During the past months, we have all been facing unprecedented challenges in our lives. The way we travel has changed and our guest expectations have naturally evolved.
As safer times are now on the horizon with lockdowns and travel bans being progressively lifted, we wanted to inform you that Villa The Rock will re-open in June and we will start accepting bookings from June 15th, 2020, onwards.
Sardinia, where the number of Covid 19 cases has been limited, is now identified as a fairly safe location. However, our number one priority remains the well-being and the health and safety of our guests. We will be adopting strict measures to protect all the people living and working in the villa. This includes:
- screening tests of staff members before guests’ arrival,
- professional sanitizing of the entire villa before guest check-in,
- daily disinfection of 'high-touch’ surfaces such as door handles and light switches,
- daily checks of employees’ body temperature,
- social distancing,
- face masks, hydroalcoholic gel and protective gloves at the disposal of guests and staff.
During these uncertain times, we also understand that clients may appreciate more flexibility and we are happy to discuss cancellation clauses on a case-by-case basis.
We choose to stay positive and make Villa The Rock the perfect location to enjoy safety and seclusion in stylish comfort under the sun of beautiful Sardinia!
